I will never use NTB ever again I have been taking my car here a long time I pay the almost $70 for oil change and tire rotation I have felt like they were not doing the tire rotation so I marked my tires this time and went in asked for the oil change and tire rotation paid $65 and they did not rotate my tires they probably have never done it once thats pretty sad you charge that much and take advantage of people and lie and don't do the work I will now take my car elsewhere and make sure oil was really changed I will never ... read more

RecommendedTook my jeep to NTB in Lancaster due to a broken radiator. fast service , friendly people
They had a lot of customers today and were doing an outstanding job of taking care of vehicles and their customers! They were very professional. I had a nail in my tire and they put a plug it in and did not charge me. I will bring all my car and tire needs to them from now on! Great job and great service!!!

These guys are great. A lot needed to be done on my car and I told them my budget. They took the time to go through everything with recommendations and got me without my budget. Highly recommend!!!
