I brought tires from here September 2019 came in on Saturday 8/15/20 for a rota rotation. they could not find my paperwork. They ordered a new tire said it would be in 8/17/20 at 1 pm they lied now saying they don't know when it will be here. Terrible management and customer service. one i get my tire replaced i won't be back!
Terrible service. Addition issue had to wait for over six months for them to hire a technician that works on A/C so that they could honor a replacement on faulty part that they installed. I even drove to other locations just to help resolve problem and they never even pulled it in after dropping off. They lied to us, over and over. Waste of time and will never go back. I tell everyone customer beware!
Wouldn't recommend. They quoted me for a full front and rear brake service and when I returned to have the work done later that day I verified the quote with another front office employee. The first guy that gave me the quote called back and said that the he never gave me the quote and bumped it up $150.

Terrible service and just sloppy and poor service
As a person who's a very loyal Discount Tire customer, I was a little "gun shy" using NTB. I walked in today (2/12) and the store was very clean, neat, and organized (which is a plus for me). I was immediately greeted by Jose (Service Mgr) who was very polite and welcoming. I needed four new tires so Jose went out and checked each tire and showed me the tread wear on each.
