Have bought tires from them for years. The last set a month ago. Had a flat on one and just needed a patch. They gave me time to come. When I did they told me they were too busy. I have been a loyal customer. They couldn’t give me 15 minutes of there time

worst service garage I have been too...you walk in nobody to greet customers you wait when someone finally appears they always tell you they are to busy booked out for 2 weeks and the place is empty...this was the third time I was refused service I will never go back to this ridiculous so called tire & service company I will just buy my tires from Walmart

NTB is deceitful. They replaced my tires and damaged my rims, the worst damage being on the rim that just happened to be put on the right rear(passenger side). When asked to look at the damage, the workers laughed in my husband's face and told him it was curb rash. I have pictures and anyone can clearly tell the damage was not done by running up on a curb. Never doing business with them again and will not recommend to any of my friends or acquaintances.
I agree with other reviewers. You have to make an appointment here. Also, if you can do something yourself, like change the air filters, it's best to do it yourself. This place charges a premium but I like the quality of their work. I have been to other places that were much cheaper but even standard things like my alignment were never as good as when I started taking my car here. I like how the people all know my name and make me feel connected.
As long as I call ahead and schedule an appointment things are great. You can no longer expect to walk in and get service. However, once scheduled they treat me right. Not for emergencies, but great for prescheduled service.
