I Do Not recommend this place. T.J. the manager, is very unprofessional and makes you very uncomfortable. The service department couldn't even diagnose why my engine light was on. We waited for two hours and watched them goof around the whole entire time. We were watching the manager T.J dancing in the mechanic shop. So, when they came out to tell us it will take more time of course my husband asked for the keys. What is the point of making an appointment so you don't have to wait so long. So I made an appointment and still had to wait a half hour to an hour for service. So what's the point?
Never buy tires from NTB. You would be better going to a wholesale warehouse such as Sam's or BJs. The road hazard warranty is a waste of money. Save your money
Shout out to TJ and Jim at NTB tire on Joppa Rd. Not only did they fit me in at the last minute but also they were really nice guys with great customer service skills.
