Never again will I go to NTB ! Went in for tires and $1700 later they couldn’t prove the parts they replaced were bad nor would they let me see new parts installed...then 10 min after we picked up the car the exhaust had a bad leak so we brought car back the next day they quoted $750 and would take off $200 because we were just there to replace muffler WTF! took car to local muffler shop $40 done in 15 min...Buyer Beware!
Whoever the manager is of this location really ought to take a good look at how they operate this franchise. We had a screw in our tire and stopped there at 12. We were informed that it would be a 4 hour wait until we could get serviced. Mind you all the service bays were empty and the workers that were there, doing nothing watched my husband change the tire in their empty lot. They really should be ashamed of themselves. Being new to Lockport I needed to find a place to repair a flat fast and NTB took care of it on the spot! After speaking with the manager about other services offered I knew then I had found my go to service place for the cars. Completely satisfied with the service we received for an oil change. Next new tires and I'm heading back to NTB!
My battery died near the Lockport NTB a half hour before closing. I called them and they were waiting for me when I arrived. They installed the new battery and inflated the low tires quickly and gave me a good price. Jason was friendly and helpful.
Not great customer service they aren't on the same page and one guy was just really rude and not really caring to help
