I am very disappointed. I visited NTB today with a nail in my tire (purchased from this establishment). Why was I charged over $80 for a $65 tire even though I had previously purchased road service. Makes no sense. The Sales person couldn’t even explain it. It’s called a rip-off. Someone needs to contact me.

I went for a slow leak in my tire. The service person told me that the shocks needed replacing. I said I didn't have time...he pressed to get it done right away. Corrosion on a tire rim and shocks ended up costing over $400! I took my Silverado truck for new front brakes at my regular mechanic today. Replacing brakes were less than the shocks at NTB. And my mechanic said that I was totally taken! Will not return.
Have had two services done within the last week here... Ron gives amazing customer service and is so professional! Appreciate all of his help!
