RecommendedThey where awesome and so friendly. It was the end of the day and I had a flat. They fixed it and was polite and helpful the whole time. The store manager Isaac took care of me and gave me a good quote for my husband’s truck. I will definitely recommend and I will be going back to this store.
RecommendedI decided close to two years ago that I would be a loyal customer to NTB in THe Colony - Mark and Keith are top notch professionals that always go above and beyond. When I purchased my new truck a little over a year ago I told them that they made a customer for life and that I will only trust NTB with it. True gems at this location - please give them kudos!
The staff is very helpful. Only downside is the wait cam be lengthy at times. Guess that speaks to the quality of their work :) I'm glad booking appointments online is an option.
I've been using these guys for the past eight years. Mark Pearson and the crew and great. They've never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I can always get in and out within a two hour window even without an appointment. Kudos to y'all. See you for my next service
I made an appointment at 9:00am for a 2:30pm appointment... with the intention of only waiting 45 minutes-1 hour once I arrived and was checked in. Boy! Was I wrong! Waited an hr and a half, and the guy that had an appointment AFTER me got his car back BEFORE me! I haven't been to The Colony Location in a while... have just been going to the Plano Location on Spring Creek/Coit. Geez, those guys had me in and out in 30 minutes in Plano! I have been going to these guys for about 5 years. Great prices, good service. The front desk checking in / out is slow, better to drop off and come back, if you wait, expect to wait a longer than projected. nothing unusual for car related stuff though.
Been using NTB Colony. For a year now . Bob Chastain has managed the location. Today is his last day. He has done an outstanding job taking care of me and all the customers. I will miss him. Mark Pearson his associate is always helpful.and provides 5 star service. The wait time seems to be in issue for some customers. But it is well worth to the wait time. I highly recommend this location.
