Recommendedit was my 1st time there and I will certainly go back! The service was wonderful. Nick and Aaron were great to work with!
Everytime I have brought a car in they always tell me there are more things wrong with it when there isn’t!! Tried talking me into credit cards to pay for these unneeded fixes. The last time I brought my car in only had for a month or so for an oil change left there with oil finger prints on my steering wheel and windshield 2 days later my check engine light comes on... also not the first time I have left there and had something go wrong with my car... scammers!!
NTB tire is a JOKE. My appointment was at 11 and I dropped it off at 1030 they needed to put 4 tires on and do an inspection and I show up 1230 thinking it’s almost done and the guy says to me well that’s not enough time to put 4 tires on. THEY HAVENT EVEN BROUGHT IT IN YET! If my appointment is at 11 I’m under the assumption it will be started at 11 or around 11. Never coming here again. So completely rude. I will not go back. Tried to get money for repairs not needed
They took off my fiance's car's tires and rims, and claimed that the perfectly smooth, operable breaks, and failed it for low breaks. Then, they tired to get her to do the work, and GET A CREDIT CARD. Absolutely unacceptable, never go here.
Great experience, the staff was Awesome! The whole team was amazing! Very quick service and they made sure every detail was taken care of. They even have someone who specializes in changing tires on cars with expensive rims so they don't get damaged.
