LADIES BEWARE: My husband usually does the brakes on our vehicles. He’s been working extra and just didn’t have time. This was the first time our F350 4x4 needed brakes. First there is a mask mandate, in my county if you have a health or mental condition, you are exempt from a mask. I showed the manager that document and he still forced a 60 year old man with extremely bad health conditions outside in the extreme Texas heat. Second, I wanted to new front tires and an alignment. Instead I got two back tires, the manager wanted to argue about it, and the truck still pulls like it wasn't aligned. Lastly, none of the men in the shop had OSHA approved facemasks. RecommendedOverall the Best service I have had from an automobile service provider. I appreciate how thorough Isaac Swensen was while explaining the finalized services on my 2004 Toyota Highlander. Additiinally, when dropping off my vehicle, I asked if I was unable to get a ride back to the store could someone pick me up - I was Thrilled that Isaac remembered this request and personally came to bring me back to the shop.
Amazing customer service helped me locate tires they did not have for my corvette as I was out of town, trying to get home, and got directions for me etc. will use NTB from now on
I always have felt a little bit of intimidation and helplessness when taking my car for any sort of service or repair due to the fact I know close to nothing about them. I have been going to this NTB for a fleet vehicle before and also for my personal vehicle for 5+ years. I always feel comfortable with the service team and confident in their diagnosis in what my type of service my vehicle needs. I trust the NTB - Valley Ranch team!
Set up an appointment. Got there on time let them know what I needed. Then 20/30 minutes go by and the guy comes back telling they couldn't do the oil change because the engine light was on... The engine light it's on since the moment the car it's turn on. Why they didn't mentioned that since the moment the appointment was made or when he move my car from the parking lot to the garage?
