These are the slowest people I have ever seen. I am sitting here watching them try to change my tires. It has been in the air for 3 hours! They walk around around and chit chat like a bunch of women. I will never ever be back here. Next time I will buy my tires and go local to 252 tire. They get you in and out.
Got there this morning. They open at 7am and no one showed up until 7:25. Took my business down the street to Tread Quarters.

Was just starting our vacation when 5 miles out tire blew went to Firestone first said 2 hours. Went here took us right in very reasonable and went above and beyond with stripped lug. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road so quickly.
So I paid 1000.00 for new breaks and rotors less than 2 months ago. I'm a single mother with 4 kids and I can't stop my car without it squealing and grinding which makes me wonder if they even replaced these parts. I went today for them to look at it but they wanted me to leave my car there for them to look at. So not only did my car not get fixed and was paid in full but they want me to be without a car until they can check it out.
Service Mgr. Wayne and Master Tech. Julius were exceptional. Julius diagnosed my vehicle issues and Wayne explained everything to me, I agreed to service and my vehicle was completed. On a side note...all the employees that work at 215 Hillcrest were friendly and polite.
