As a former employee, this is the worst company to work for. I was wrongfully sent home by my manager at the Boddy Jones location. I was then informed by Dan he would pay me for the that day. Mind you the manager got in face and yelled at me. She was not reprimanded. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my payment which I was promised by Dan. Then to be threaten and made fun of by him.

They really need to work on customer service. I had to call them before they closed or they would have kept my vehicle overnight.

Worst SERVICE EVER! I believe in second chances, so of course this was my second time going for service and it was even more disappointing! Paid for a 3 year alignment!! Poor me! Car apparently was not aligned bc the same problem I went for persisted! They are telling me the tires just gone bad for no reason on the inside....same reason I took it there from the start to get an alignment! The tire on passenger side front is ruined again! First time going but my mother and I were VERY pleased! The service and employees are fantastic! One in general we really liked to recognize is Tyrone. He was very knowledgeable about his job & friendly! *not to mention handsome.* haha definitely be coming back!
If I could I wouldn't of even given them this one star.
Service sucks they over schedule and making an appointment is pointless and a waste of time the only damn reason I am still here is because I put Cooper RTX tires on my truck and want a matching set. This isn't my first bad experience with NTB on Knox Ave. In North Augusta. My advice to anyone is don't buy dealer specific tires.
Was not happy with service at all. Called district manager n left message never received a return call. Had 2 tires put on n had my brake light and traction light come on n stay on in my car. Said they had to reset the computer but only sat in drivers seat n pressed the clear button which I did myself before n the lights still did not clear. Was supposed to do a wheel alignment n never did was told to come back. Every time I went back they were too busy. I take my business to tires plus from now on.
