Had tires installed last Sunday and while driving back noticed a bad vibration from tires tried calling store and no answer plus they charged me for an alignment and never did it and all week long excuse after excuse so as per corporate took my truck to another store and they informed me that the dufus installer never balanced the tires and bent a rim
I had a slow leak on my driver side tire. NTB in RLB stated they couldn't plug it and it would cost me $312 for 1 tire, sensor and mount. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong. So I took it to Discount Tire in RLB and they asked if NTB even took off the tire to check. I stated I wouldn't be surprised if they didnt. So Discount Tire was able to find a nail in the tire and plug it for NO Charge!! Yes, I said NO charge. This appears to be a "political shop" where they have flags upside down in their lawn. It is a sign of distress and it is illegal to fly one if there isn't a distress. NTB is a national business and I am wondering if they are okay with this shops position on whatever they felt distressed about? If not, I am glad the next day, they were taken down. As for their business, they will not be getting mine. I would message them, but they have no message option on their facebook page.
Absolutely terrible place to take your car unless you want a blown engine on a year and a half old car. How hard is it to put the oil plug in guys seriously I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this location and their 3rd party insurance company they use her name is renee complete witch and unprofessional and doesn't call you back. I will have my lawyer handle the rest

I rarely take the time to review any service providers, although, this one seemed necessary. I had been a previous NTB / Palatine customer with nothing but the upmost respect for NTB and Carlos with any given services and / or advise given. I recently had an experience with Alex at NTB / Round Lake Beach, that was nothing less than a sales game, in my opinion. This is a great NTB. They put new tires on my car and aligned it and drove it afterwards to make sure it was good to go and i would have no problems with it. I have previously had bad experiences at OTHER NTBs but this NTB in Round Lake Beach won me back. I will be return for all my auto care in the future. You can see that the reason this shop is run so well is because the manager knows how to take care of his customers and manage his employees. Come here if you want a job well done!
