Had tires installed last Sunday and while driving back noticed a bad vibration from tires tried calling store and no answer plus they charged me for an alignment and never did it and all week long excuse after excuse so as per corporate took my truck to another store and they informed me that the dufus installer never balanced the tires and bent a rim
I had a slow leak on my driver side tire. NTB in RLB stated they couldn't plug it and it would cost me $312 for 1 tire, sensor and mount. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong. So I took it to Discount Tire in RLB and they asked if NTB even took off the tire to check. I stated I wouldn't be surprised if they didnt. So Discount Tire was able to find a nail in the tire and plug it for NO Charge!! Yes, I said NO charge. This appears to be a "political shop" where they have flags upside down in their lawn. It is a sign of distress and it is illegal to fly one if there isn't a distress. NTB is a national business and I am wondering if they are okay with this shops position on whatever they felt distressed about? If not, I am glad the next day, they were taken down. As for their business, they will not be getting mine. I would message them, but they have no message option on their facebook page.

was fine.. got all I need done and not much wait time..
I've had oil changes and some other work done here. I think the service is great and the staff knows what they are talking about. They bring you in the garage and show you the problems. They are very professional as well.
I went there 8/22/16 for a oil change on my KIA soul and when I went home they forgot to put oil plug and oil covet back on my car and they almost blew my brand new cars engine I highly do not recommend this place doing any work on your car
