Made an appointment for an oil change on line for Thursday 8/9/18 at 5pm. Took off work 30 min early, no pay, Got to the store at 4:35. Rich Garcia the store manager told me there would be a 1 hr 30 min wait. I explained I made an appointment online. He told me the store appointment notification does not work. Hasn't worked for a long time and they have contacted corporate without any success. I called corporate and explained the issue. They called Rich Garcia to ask what the issue was. Rich and Andrew went out of their way to help my daughter, while in Chicagoland on a college internship. She needed some serious mechanical work done to her Volkswagen Jetta. They worked with me via phone in Orlando to make sure the repairs were done properly, on time and for reasonable price. Thanks Joe
Bought a battery with a warranty and it went bad within a year. Now they will replace the battery free but i have to pay labor of 100 bucks. What kind of warranty is that? If you put crap parts in a vehicle you should be responsible for fixing it!!!
I received excellent service, great deal, and the wait time was shorter than predicted. Great location and plenty of restaurants nearby in case you have to wait.
