So, my oil change and wipers were priced about right. It was nice that the mechanic showed me that I needed new tires. However, I was very upset that I was charged $24 for labor. Plus, if you buy new tires, you have to pay for an additional cost?
I had a blown tire last night and rolled into the shop at 8 pm as it was supposed to close for the day. I wasn't even dreaming about getting a new tire put on till next morning. But guys at NTB Niles stayed late and got me out of there with new tire on within 30 minutes. Great service! I will be back!
