I will never be back. I just got a tire from them and have to get another one. I've been sitting here waiting and they haven't even started fixing my tire!!! Horrible service!!!
When I had all 4 tires put on my car the service was excellent . I had the tires for less than 6weeks an had a slow leek it was not from a tire puncture but from the valve stem went to ntb on Hyen290 in Houston I had as there for 2 hrs and there was only one other car there . Worst service .. the salesperson was very nice so I did not complain to him I figured it would not help . Made an apt online. Showed on time for an oil change and an inspection. Well inspection “machine” out of order. Then I proceed to wait 1 hr 20 minutes for an oil change. There was 1 other customer T the ship! They then wanted to “show me wear on my brakes” which I said no...meanwhile they don’t even ck my tire inflation. How do I know? Same 29lbs in my front one as before I arrived. Don’t waste you time.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! What was suppose to be a 45 minutes appointment for a oil change and patch up, turned into an hour and 20 minutes! Everytime, I would look in the bay area, my car was unattended! NTB, does not value my time, nor my preset appointment! Tires were not rotated and fluids weren't topped off, like it's suppose to be with oil changes! Do what your suppose to do as promised NTB! GET IT TOGETHER NTB!
