They have very questionable business practice nowadays and deserve no star. First off, I have been going to them for alignment only. But husband got 4 tires from them. For 2 times, when I was there for tire maintenance, they told me I need to change 4 struts and mounts and good thing I always shop around and decided to wait. They also say I needed brakes and alignment. Eventually, I did alignment and pay for it, but turns out I need NONE of those 4. I went here simply to have a screw removed from my tire and the tire patched. After an hour they said I needed $1,300 in car repairs, which I later validated to be unnecessary. After I said no to the repairs and just asked that they fix my tire (and another hour of waiting) they told me my tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced... also false. And all of this over a 3 hour period. This is not an honest establishment and I will not return.
I can't believe how horrible the service is at this location. I stood there and waited for two employees to finish a conversation about the importantance of a good manager. How ironic! I wanted for 2 minutes as their conversation dragged along. Then waited 4 hours to have a tires balanced and rotated after being told that it would take 1 hour. I could have done it myself faster than that. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
