RecommendedI've gone to this Milton, GA location for a number of years. After the previous manager was replaced, Carlos has done a remarkable job of seeing that his location provides outstanding services and customer relations. That's why I keep on going back, even though there are plenty of other auto shops closer to me.
Bought 4 tires. Took 3 hours to put them on! They are short handed on mechanics! Folks that are there were very helpful. NTB needs to offer more pay for mechanics to compete with other competition in area. If you want my business you'll have to do better!!
I recently had an issue with my boat trailer and Anderson really came through for me! He when way above and beyond what was required of him, he did not worry about quitting time or anything else but my safety! I highly recommend Anderson and the good people of NTB Milton!!!!
