RecommendedI went to NTB here in Douglasville this morning as soon as they opened up at 7am,I went for brand new tires,I didn't have any Problems but I did have to wait over two hours for all four new tires,I know it takes time to change all the tires out,but I did plan to bring my own entertainment and wait,this was my day off and I wasn't in any hurry,I know everyone has different schedule and work but I do recommend if you can get to NTB as early as you can it will be the better, overall I was satisfied with my service and the price... read more
While I may recommend them I'm recommending them with grave reservations. Still trying to understand that if you have an appointment for 9:30 to get an oil change and tire rotation and get here at 9:15 that at 10:45 my car is just been raised. What's the point of scheduling to come in and you still have to wait almost 2 hours just to get an oil change?
Don’t make any plans if you go there, it will be an all day affair even if you have an appointment. I have been dealing with NTB for a while but in different states if I go back for tires which I need I will look first to another company.
Well I been going to NTB for a while now but only for Oil Changers and they do fine with that. I did experience one day waiting a little longer than expected but they did end up giving me a free oil change for my next visit. But for the most part NTB Tire works out great for me for oil change prices are great you just go online schedule your appointment then it's about what $16 It is the basic oil change.
I would never ever person ties here again I don't care how good the price is I've been having problems with my ties ever since I bought 4 pair with new tires lifetime Warrenton I do a lot of traveling I do a lot of driving the type of work I do now they telling me I have to pay the difference fore the wear and tear I put on the ties I never heard such a thing I would never purchase any more ties for here this is the worst experience I have with NTB
If it was possible to give a 0 star or negative star i would. I purchased tires to only have the wrong tires put on my truck. I drive a 2500 which requires load range E tires but they put load range D tires on it. They didnt hold up. I never checked to see if they were the right ones i just assumed they were right due to being told they would be. I put 8k miles on them and now they are bald. I contacted the manager and he is trying to take his time when really should be putting the customer first. He wants to give me a rate ... read more
Very rude and racist. I bought new tires and a one year alignment. I discovered I had bad ballast joints and replaced them with stronger camber bolts that have to be torqued tighter than the factory ones. I tried to explain this to the service manager and I was blown off. I then informed the tech that the camber bolts are upgraded and they need to be torqued to 100 foot pounds instead of factory torque.
