We purchased new tires here, and when all was said and done, we had a problem with our car. We went back to talk to them to get some advice on what the next step should be for our car and NTB went above and beyond to provide excellant customer service. They listened to us and were patient and kind. The manager worked with us to help us beyond what was necessary. Lifelong customer here, thank you!!!!
Bought a set of 4 tires from them 10 days ago. Ever since then my computer in my explorer keeps saying tire monitor fault. Called and talked to the manager, he said one of the tpsm's must be broke and it would be my responsibility to fix it. Never had a problem until they worked on my vehicle. So disappointed with NTB!!!!
Poor customer service and rude techs.
I've literally always gone to NTB for my tires. Today was such a horrible experience that I will never go back. I will take my car, and my money, elsewhere.
Excellent service - much more than just tires. Honest and reasonable. 7 days/week.
Usually love this place. Today not do much. Been here two hours. When I arrived I was told an hour to an hour and a half. Still not even had someone come out and even give me an update. Ridiculous service.
Friendly people; however, this visit was not very effective with regards to managing the schedule. 2.5 hours to correct a tire pressure sensor without even a warning is not acceptable.
