I should have listened to the bad reviews about this NTB and gone somewhere else. My new performance tire they installed is defective and doesn't hold air. They either sold me a bad tire or they damaged my rim when installing it and won't own up to it. The wait was also very long even though I had an appointment. s. I noticed the problem about 2 hours after I left that my tire pressure was low. I aired it up and then a couple of hours later it was low again and then again. Very rude staff today, I will not come here again.. only takes one time for me!
RecommendedThere was no waiting and was able to get a new battery (rather expensive— $200 for a 30month warranted battery) and they were able to get me back on the road in record time!.

Made an appointment but they said they were too busy. Rescheduled and it still took 3 hours for an oil change. Someone else had been waiting over 4 hours.

Awful customer service. Will never consider having work done here again.
I had a wonderful experience. I always service my car and tires at NTB Cedar Park because it is in my neighborhood. However I work in Austin. I had a bolt in my tire one morning and went to the nearest one without an appointment. They replaced the tire under warranty in one hour. They where friendly profes5and genuinely concerned about my safety.
