This was the second set of wheels I had installed on a vehicle at this location. The staff was fantastic. Chris and Crystal were great both on the phone and in person. There was another gentleman that checked me in and out and provided excellent customer service while I was in the store (unfortunately I don't remember his name). The technician that did the install was professional, courteous and followed my request in handling my old wheels. Thanks again for a quick and pleasant experience.
Scheduled an appointment on their website for 830 a.m. to get new tires put on my wife's SUV and an oil change. Arrive at 830 and the service manager checks me in all the while telling me that I should not have scheduled it using their website, but to call in. The service manager tells me that it will take about 3 hours. Waited 2 hours 45 minutes later and my wife's SUV hasn't moved, but someone who just walked in to get new tires had there car brought strait to the back.
