RecommendedThis location put me out of my two months of misery. The Oak Lawn location put on new tires and after four attempts and 15 hours later nothing! They couldn’t balance the tires yet it’s their job to know how to balance tires! They gave me every excuse in the book as to why like a bent wheel yet my steering wheel wasn’t shaking when I brought it to them. I contacted corporate they asked me to bring it to Matteson for one more try and they corrected the problem in less than an hour. We know who the real experts are!!!

I was treated with the upmost respect the person was so kind took care of me and I didn't have to wait that long.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! BE AWARE THEY STEAL!!! JUST LEFT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT GETTING A WHEEL ALIGNMENT. WHEN I GOT BACK IN MY TRUCK SOMEONE HAD STOLEN ALL OF THE QUARTERS OUT OF MY MIDDLE CONSOLE. MIND YOU IT WAS ONLY 3-4 DOLLARS BUT IT'S SAD THAT YOU CAN'T LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE! THE MANAGER DID GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND WE DID LOOK AT THE VIDEO (OF COURSE THEY COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING). CURRENTLY AT THE POLICE STATION FILING A REPORT. VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!
Got 4 tires, paid for tpms service ,the tech didn't bother until I said something, why can't people get what they pay for. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do YOUR job.
The guys always do a good job and are reasonably priced!
