Great experience Josh was a big help with deciding what tires to upgrade to on my truck & I couldn't be happier with the outcome
Generally been happy here but this last visit they didn't rotate my tires, check tire pressure, or fill the low tires. According to the services section of the website this is all standard with an oil change at NTB. I had also specifically mentioned the TPMS sensor was on and asked if they would check pressure and fill, counter person said they would but nobody actually did. I'll be back but this is one strike and I don't give 3.
I bought 4 new tires in December, when I purchased them, they said "buy the warranty" if any thing happens , it's covered!!!! Great!!!! Today, need a tire replaced and there's $55 in install charges. After some discussions they waived the fees and installed my tire for no charge, thank you!!!
