If you use NTB get your service at any other store but the one on Todd’s Lane in Hampton VA. Today, July 1, 2022, I along with approximately 10 other customers were in line awaiting service prior to 8 am. The store was supposed to open at 8, but the store manager was 15 minutes late and then after 15 minutes of looking through her car realized she left the store keys at home.
