Free tire rotation with oil change is a scam to get you in so that they can sell more services. When I went out to get my van I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. The free rotation was the main reason I went there. When I called them on it they gave me some bull like I was a women with no knowledge of auto maintenance. My first and last time taking my vehicle here.
As always They went above and beyond to get my car set up right.
I arrived early and was immediately helped by the manager/owner/boss (whichever his title is) for new tires and an alignment. I was informed I need a new ball joint. I asked how much it would be to replace that as well and was quoted $700. I wasn't too pleased with that, because I know it absolutely does not cost that much to replace it.
