Booked an appointment for tires that website said was in stock for this location . Made appointment for 1 week later, took off work for this, arrived at my scheduled time only to be told the tires were in Atlanta. This is the third time that I have tried to use this place and it’s the third time that they have been incompetent. Huge disappointment, don’t know how you stay in business! Do not use these people. Can’t get the job done!

I stopped because I had a nail in my tire. After I waited almost 30 minutes I was then told it would be at least another 2 hours. I will not be going back.
In the middle of a long day of travel we got a nail in our tire on the interstate and the tire was not repairable. Fortunately we were not far from this exit and even though it was close to closing time the friendly staff took care of us quickly and had us back on the road!
As usual, the NTB in Alabaster is the worst. I gave it a chance, hoped it was a one off, but no, it is just terrible. Turned me away for a patch job, almost an hour before closing and they are turning people away. They said come back tomorrow. Why should I? I’d rather go somewhere that appreciates my business. I had a battery issue. I went to one store and they did not have a replacement. I went to the Alabaster store and received excellent service.
Pay close attention to the bill I was charged for 6 tires, told need something replaced but did not and when I spoke to them about it no one could give me any info “because the technician was not there”. I also talked to the District Manager and was so rude.
Fast and courteous service. Highly recommend them for tires.
