don't waste your time going there for emergency tire service an hour before closing. three guys standing around twiddling their thumbs but they were too busy to help.

5 STARS ⭐️ I can’t say enough about the staff of NTB. I have been using them since they opened and my car was new. They have always been honest, clean and quick. Last week I needed a brake job and due to a family emergency money was tight. They helped me with rebates and gave me a discount! What an amazing local business. I can’t say enough about NTB at Colony Place! My old car still runs like new!
I showed up today, the day after Black Friday, the busiest day of the year. I did have an appointment that I made online just 24 hours earlier. The manager checked me in, and told me that it would probably take @ 2.5 to 3 hours because they were so busy. It took @ 2 hours and 45 minutes, exactly what i expected based on checkin. You guys need to answer your phone. Not impressed at all when I call at 330pm and after 14 rings, still no answer. Also, the last time I had an oil change there the oil filter was put on sloppily and not tightened...so, oil went everywhere. Sloppy... I think I'm done with you...
