Just came into your location about 20 min ago. My oil light came on stating I needed a quart of oil.. so I stopped in to see if I could get it added... Of course purchasing the oil. Instead I walked out due to the rudest customer service I ever witnessed! But thankfully Firestone is around the corner from you and they exceeded their c/s standards and put it in for me and then didn't charge me! I insisted to pay but they said dont worry about it! Took my car over on Sunday to have new front brakes put on. I drove the car on Monday with a very very weird sound when I braked. Took it back Tuesday morning and they informed my husband that they put OEM brake pads and told us they would put a higher grade of brake pads on. My husband picked up the car and was told that the OEM pads had left a sheen on the rotors and had to re turn it.
