Just came into your location about 20 min ago. My oil light came on stating I needed a quart of oil.. so I stopped in to see if I could get it added... Of course purchasing the oil. Instead I walked out due to the rudest customer service I ever witnessed! But thankfully Firestone is around the corner from you and they exceeded their c/s standards and put it in for me and then didn't charge me! I insisted to pay but they said dont worry about it! Took my car over on Sunday to have new front brakes put on. I drove the car on Monday with a very very weird sound when I braked. Took it back Tuesday morning and they informed my husband that they put OEM brake pads and told us they would put a higher grade of brake pads on. My husband picked up the car and was told that the OEM pads had left a sheen on the rotors and had to re turn it. They were going to replace the brake pads to something better and told my husband he needed to drive carefully for about 100 miles to break... read more
