I had a tire issue that I had purchased from Ashburn Park Plaza Parkhurst tires and it was a bad batch of tires that was stalled in my Toyota nobody in MERCHANTS which step up and help me for the warranty of my tire and I purchased a five year warranty for that as well but I have to say The manager Joey in Sterling Potomac merchant tires was an outstanding performance of customer service and he went every angle and every step out of his way to help me and solve my issue of my tires I did have to cough up some money but I got... read more
They are the worst.... I had a radiator leak and I took my car to them. They spent an hour looking around the car trying to figure out what is the problem. Either they could not figure it out because they are ill-experienced or either they played stupid. They started telling me that I have to try changing parts and see if it works or not and so forth.
