I unfortunately have had a miserable experience with NTB. I purchased 4 new Continental tires from them about 2 years ago for my SUV. They convinced me to spend the extra money for premium tires. 1 year later my SUV was shaking/vibrating at 75 mph and over. Back and forth to NTB, no resolution. I took it to the dealership, who road force balanced the tires, and informed me 3 of them were bad.
