Horrible place,over priced and service is terrible
I've been going to NTB in Manchester for my oil changes for a few years now, and all but one time it's been a great experience. Today, I had an appointment for an oil change, and Daniel Keith and the technician (not sure his name) were great! I was in and out in a half hour, and they even repaired one of my tires for free. I really appreciated the technician taking the time to bring me to my car and show me what was causing the leak in my tire and explain my options. I didn't feel pressured or anything. Thanks guys!!
Ridiculous for an oil change to take 1 hour and 30 minutes, especially keeping me past closing for more than 30 mins. Horrible experience with an attitude from the cashier who asked me if I had somewhere else to go, and then asked me to specify where.
