Visited 3/30/19 for an oil change. Appointment at 11:30. Vehicle finally pulled into bay at noon. The heat was not on and it was cold and uncomfortable throughout the customer area. I could see my car up on the hoist and it stayed there for a long time with no one attending to it. Maybe hire some people. One hour and 45 minutes from start to finish for a conventional oil change. When you bring your tire in to get looked at, due to a leak... then are told when you receive their phone call that you need a completely new tire that’ll cost about $400 because they cannot plug the tire, as a nail is supposedly in the tire... then bring the tire back in because you’re a certified mechanic by trade & call them out on their scam & letting them know there is NO NAIL, it’s a rim leak... and the tire is covered under warranty to be replaced FOR FREE... only to be told ‘go ahead & call corporate, I don’t care’ b... read more
While traveling from Louisiana on Saturday June 30, 2018 we experienced tire issues on a tire that was 2 1/2 months old. After calling several different BF Goodrich tire dealers and getting ZERO help I finally contacted David Stevenson here at NTB. Within minutes he located a tire and assured me he would have it here on Monday afternoon as we were leaving Illinois and could not drive anymore on the current tire. They ruined all 20 of my lug nuts and would not help me pay for them!!!! Worst experience EVER I would go to tire discount!!!
I will never go to NTB again they are the most unprofessional people I've ever been too. I purchased but 2 get two tires free but I had to get the road hazard, and wheel alignment which I thought was a good deal. Boy was I wrong. 1st they tell me they couldn't do the alignment because I needed ball joints so i had those done $500 dollars somewhere else because they wanted $800. 2nd they tell me they couldn't do the alignment because they couldn't get the upper control arm bolts loose they told me to spray them with rust spra... read more
Shit ass company. Had rear tires on my car replaced. In that process they manages to force one odd ball lug nut back on the stud. Then they won't fix the problem just offer a discount on the labor. They also told me that it's perfectly safe to drive on 4 out of 5 lug nuts. I would recommend any other company before national tire and battery
Great place, fast and efficient took time to explain things to me. Great management and very friendly people. Highly recommend!!
