Closed their doors today in Beaumont! Sold my daughter 4 new tires $600+ dollars and could not offer warranties. Because she is younger, she did not know she could walk away and get tires elsewhere since these had been previously ordered she felt she was obligated to buy them. Also was told we could drive car into the bay etc because of COVID, then we were told no! Thanks for taking advantage of a young person James!

It was a very long wait. Ppl that got there after me they're cars were done before mine. All i had done was oil change and tire rotation. And they didn't even rotate my tires. I waited for 2 hours and the only reason i went is because i had a coupon. But never again i get quicker service at the lube shop by target.
Coupons are worth it..I understand it's a business..and money makes the world go around but......
My boyfriend went in there needing a tire fixed in a hurry. The guys there where very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great service!
I went in for a simple inspection. The manager, who does the inspections, waited on me and said it would just be a few minutes. Two hours later after finding out that just after he told me it would be a few minutes he left for lunch and a trip to the bank.
