I've used this location several times with both of my vehicles. They've always done a great job and have a great staff. I used to deal with John who is at the Deer Park location now but Chris Ratliff was great as well. Both Marines do an outstanding job at customer service.
My experience was so bad. I went for a oil change as I always do. It started with i advised them to be careful with my key because it was loose. Well I was approached and told there was others things needed to be done to vehicle but I can do later. I asked if I was still getting a oil change and he said yes. Mind you I was waiting for a good while. He came back and said well I am sorry but he doesn't want to do a oil change because my oil was dirty.
