THE TIRES WERE REASONABLE ALSO AND INSTALLATION AND WARRANTY COMPARABLE WITH OTHERS - PLUS I LIKE THE FACT OF THE 30 IF I AM NOT TOTALLY SATISFIED I CAN RETIRN.

Worst customer service ever. A little over 4 hours to change one flat tire.
My cousin had a very bad experience actually a racist experience when she brought her vehicle in. when she asked about transportation to work since her vehicle was going to be there awhile but was told they couldn't help her. a person ofanother colour was offered transportation without even asking. That's not right. I recommending that everyone not shop at that location.
Lady's know what your car needs, because they will try to sale you part you really don't need!
During a 4:00 appointment, I went to get an update at 5:00, to find no one available, in the lobby. At 5:30, my car still waiting to be seen, and no one has bothered to give me an update, much less apologize, for the inconvenience. This location could learn more customer service, after arranging my schedule, for them... never, again.
They spent 30 minutes trying to locate where the battery is on a Ford Escape. You can't tell me that was their first one. I left without making a purchase and will not return. I overheard the new manager talking about how he's turning things around, but seemed more focused on the need for tinted windows and shades.
