Got 2 tires and an alignment daughter car. She is off to college. She comes home 2 months later. Car is out of line. I didn't but the warranty as she was leaving home to another town. I do a brake job. Find a tie rod nut loose. Guess I found the reason. So not go to this place.
second time weve done business at this location and our last. this time we went in for them to just change the tires on my car not anything else. we go home and my car starts to smoke up, we pop open the hood and my oil cap is missing and oil has sprayed everywhere. my husband had his issue last time during an oil change visit. my car had no issues until we left today. im extremely pissed off and just flabbergasted that a mechanic would have even messed with it in the first place. i do not recommend this location to anybody.

Excellent experience, every time. I pass 3 tire retailers to take my car here and will always continue to do so. I typically don't write reviews, but today I found myself needing assistance regarding one of my customers that didn't even involve NTB and I found myself contacting NTB for guidance simply because I knew I could TRUST their opinion. I was sent there by my rim installer because they didn’t have the right equipment. I had them installed but as I was leaving I noticed that the TPMS light is on. I bought it back 4 the guy 2 look @ it and after 20 mins he says that the problem is that I still have the factory rims in the trunk and the car is reading those. It sounded plausible so I left. I called the guy that sent me there and he said that the sensors needed 2 b reset. A relatively simple fix. How did the people that work with tires and rims NOT KNOW THIS???... read more
No problems. Liked how they didn't try to upsell me. I knew what I wanted, and that is what was done. The staff was friendly and professional. Not a bad experience at all.
They did a great job on my tire replacement. In by 7:45am and out by 9:15 am. Overall a very good experience.
Once again great service! Needed a tire patch with my road hazard warranty they said it would be 2 hours but I was out in 30 minutes!! Thanks guys!!
