The service at the Covington La Collins Blvd. location is the worst ever seen. Came in with my work vehicle to have just a basic oil change. Had an appointment scheduled ahead of time. There was no one at the center and my truck sat in the back while I sat waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. When I asked what the problem was I were told “ oh you had an appointment so I set it aside because you were 30 min early.” Mind you we are now 1 and half hours past my appointment time and I get told “ it will be 45 more min.” I told... read more
Checked my brakes and found nothing wrong with them. Didn’t charge me a thing. Always seem fair with prices. I use them often for oil changes.
I got a great deal on some great tires and excellent customer service to go with it.
This place is joke. Came three times for service all three times I swore I'd never go back. Well they sealed that deal this time. How can you as tire tell someone you can't the lug nuts off their truck. You had one job.
Hour and a half to get an oil change. Called ahead. "No appointment necessary", they said. Take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Long time customer disappointed in recent decay in service/quotes/general attitude of manager. Hell will freeze over before they get any more of my business. I gave them one star because there was no way to give them none and still leave a review.
