Had the tire I needed and very friendly service. In and out under 30 minutes.
Picked up my car and it had black grease all over the passenger side interior. Someone went thru the glove box because things were on the floor that were inside the glove box. Called to talk to the manager and was told he wasn't there, but would call me back. He didn't call, so I called him. I explained the situation, he said I could bring it back in for them to clean. Honestly, he didn't seem to care that it happened or that I would be inconvenienced. Thanks.

Thanks to Dee and Nick for making my experience for this NTB such a positive one.. Due to cold weather I had a dead battery and a corroded battery and terminal. Although due to their workload, they couldn't get to my car the first day, Dee was very honest about it and gave me the option to take my car somewhere else. They also secured my car inside overnight. Nick fixed my car the very next morning and didn't charge me for the labor on the terminal replacement. Excellent customer service. Work performed was exceptional.
We were in town after evacuating from hurricane Mathew, I had a nail in a tire that needed to be plugged. NTB was one of the few svc centers open on a Sunday. They took care of it right away and was shocked when I went up to pay and they told me no charge. I wish I was local to give them some repeat business, but I will definitely give them some work in my home town.
