RecommendedI had a fantastic experience! I made an appointment to get new tires on my car; they had my car in within 5 minutes of my arrival and were done in 30 minutes. The store was immaculate and the staff was courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to use them again for future needs.
I had an oil change scheduled here. After waiting 1.5 hours and seeing that my car was not even put in the garage yet to be started on, I left. I watched people who came in after I did get helped before me even though I had an appointment I had scheduled in advance. Ridiculous
After a hectic saturday and being turned away from other dealers because of wait times, I called this location and after explaining I had to be at a dinner very close to my arrival time these wonderful people got me a brand new tire and checked out quicker than I could have imagined. Thank you thank you thank you! Awesome service!!!
I went to Brookstone Auto Center and they quoted me $1300 dollars in repairs. I took my truck to NTB and they said none of that work needed to be done. I needed a simple alignment that was less than $100 dollars. Thank you for your honesty.
