There one hour oil change turns into 4 hour wait and sucky service.
I sent my seventeen year old up there to get her oil changed . She went up there they changed the oil “I’m guessing because there is no sticker in the car window “ the oil change came with a free tie rotation. They only did one side because they couldn’t get the lugs off the others side. “That’s not their fault “ the problem came when my daughter comes and tells me a week later that they did put any of the locks back on the lugs ,and that the lugs where very loose because she said her tie was shaking. Worst place to go, will follow up online in other places! I was told I needed a tire arm.. made an appointment after 2 hours they tell me not what I needed it was Struts! I could come back later I said no. I called another Local Shop (dealer) got my struts AND BRAKE PADS for less than half of what the NTB were going to charge me! for struts they wanted $1192.67 I paid $563.00 for Struts & front Brake Pads.. Austin Castle is amazing!!! If you go to NTB in Diberville definitely ask for Austin. I was stressed out because I needed my tire fixed just a few min till closing, on the weekend with work at 7am the next day he said come in and we will take care of it. And that's exactly what he did!!!! I will definitely be going back to get my alignment fixed!! If ya need up front, detailed knowledge & good quality service make sure to ask for Austin!!!!!
I spent like 60$. They did change the oil or rotate my wife’s tire. I went there for a oil change. They forgot to put oil back in our truck. They told me they rotated the tire too. I marked the tires. They never touched them. 2hr wait. Basically paid 60$ to have them put air in my tires.
Knowledgeable and clean staff. Good prices. James the manager has a good crew.
Awesome, friendly, and knowledgable mechanics, wonderful service at affordable cost.
