Went there with a tire that had a large nail. It definitely wasn’t small. It was in the center of my rear passenger side. Everyone including discount tire which doesn’t charge to fix it but they were all backed up 3-4 hours. Ntb was not busy. They charge 32 to fix it. They don’t tell u Labor is extra. They didn’t even fix it and told me I needed a new tire. I paid 38 for them to throw the spare on since they took off my other tire. My boyfriend went in there at 520/530 on Sunday to have them patch a tire on my car real quick. The guy told him, "sorry, already counted the drawer". Unbelievable, seeing as it says you're open til 6, most places will and should help customers until 5:59 regardless, that's what being in the customer service industry is about...
Not very pleasant, I had an emergency plug and the guy told me I needed an appointment or I could leave my car until 5pm and it was 11am... how was I getting home? So, no choice, made an appointment and went back for them to remove a nail from one of my tires that took over an hour and cost me over $30...
Good deal on good tires. Bunch of good guys there.
