I believe I get honest, professional treatment at NTB. I use them for my vehicles because they are quick and update me on the progress of the vehicle repair. They have great hours, so I know I can depend on them for help, even on the weekend.
Waited almost three hours for a "hour, hour and a half" job. Will be my one and only trip to NTB.
Well second time to get tired 1st time they quoted me a price when I came in for my appointment they didn't have me down gave me a price 250.00 more then they called me asked for a second chance, I came in got good deal mechanic didn't do alignment said oops missed it, then I told them I wanted 2 of my tires he didn't put them in my truck then get home 30 minutes later have a flat. Great service?
Go somewhere else. Show as hell.
