RecommendedShout out to Demeke for a great experience Tuesday night! I came in 45 minutes prior to closing with a flat. He was friendly and helpful despite being so late in the day. The tire was in stock and under warranty so I was back on the road before the store closed.
Had another great experience at NTB in Richardson. Appreciate Alex and the rest of the team over there, great interaction and service.
First time I've ever had mechanical work done that the final price came in less than the estimate. The men's room was a bit horrifying, though.
I had a nail at a bad angle in one of my tires on a Monday. They said it had to be replace. Five days later another wheel got chunk of metal in it 😠But when I took it in they said they were able to patch it without any issue. When I got my keys back I tried to pay but they said "It's been taken care of." I asked "Why?" and they said "Cause we're nice!" and he asked I consider them when I next need tires replaced. This made my day. Thank you sir and I will be getting tires from here when the need arises! 😁

after sitting for almost two plus hours and being quoted One Price when I asked where my vehicle was I was told oh well we quoted you the wrong thing it's going to be an additional hundred and forty plus dollars on top of the original amount we quoted you so it's horrible place I'll never recommend it to anybody
Thanks to Alex D and the crew that worked on our vehicle! We needed to replace a tire that had been badly damaged by road shrapnel first thing Sunday morning. We were quickly taken care of and back on return to Colorado. Thanks, NTB for such quick and affordable service!
