Gave them yet another chance... Two and a half hours to have my tires mounted and balanced, redicouls. I made the first appointment of the day figuring I would be out of there in a timely manner, nope, yet again.
By far the nicest group of employees! Even when the customer(me) was less than nice. Helped me out with smiles. Thank you all �
Almost 5 hours waiting for tires, oil change, alignment with a scheduled appointment. Avoid this place.
Joe Turcotte is awesome. He is thorough and always takes the time to talk to me about my vehicle. He helps me understand things that need to be replaced immediately and what should be done soon. Joe is always courteous and answers all of my questions. I drive 35 minutes to the Salem NH location just to have Joe work on my vehicle. Thanks Joe.
I was very happy with the service I received yesterday. I left with even better tires then I wanted as mine had not been in stock, and received at the same quoted price for original tires. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Thank you
Our car's brakes suddenly started grinding late this afternoon. Called NTB in Salem and they said to bring the car in. Arrived around 7pm and the brakes were inspected, and new ones installed by 8pm! Excellent and fast customer service at a good price. No need to change our plans for the weekend!
