These guys were awesome! Although I had some issues I wasn't aware of they brought it to the attention and were able to get it fixed quickly. I will definitely go back for future needs.
The team here has always provided fantastic service. I hit a large object in the road on a dark night, causing the tire to blow and damaging the rim. Of course the dealership did not have right rim available and I would have had to order one. The crew here took care of me and put it back in round at no charge. Today again they have exceeded expectations and quickly started to work on my vehicle and provided outstanding value. Horrible customer service. Bought a tire here and needed a patch after running over a nail. Discount tire will patch it for free EVEN if I didn’t buy the tire from them. NTB charging me $24 (even after I bought the tire from them) *update: after calling customer service at corporate, they called the store and the manager gave me the patch for free*. Still leaving 1 star as I shouldnt have had to call corporate.
