I brought my car into the location off of Duraleigh and 70. They were supposed to fix a headlight and do an inspection. When I got back in the car my headlight was not working. Someone got into my daughters snacks in the car. There was an oil hand print on the seat and my stuff from my glove box was thrown on the ground. Have gotten my oil changed here at Kildaire Farm Rd location several times and was always pleased with the price and service however today I was lied to by Brendan. Car had 96k miles. Brendan said power steering fluid was “dark” and coolant fluid had “debris”. Also said rear tires had “dry rot” and tread measured 4/16. Took car back across town to my regular mechanic who replaced fluids at 90k miles; he showed me both fluids clear. Went back to my usual Discount Tire store, they measured treads at 5. I'm not sure how to actually give stars, but 5 for them! Their customer service was so amazing! It was a very smooth and refreshing experience compared to my most recent dilemma with another company. They took the time to answer all my questions, seemed more than happy to help, and worked very quickly. It's the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. If my TPMS sensor doesn't get fixed in a timely manner from the shop that broke it when installing two of my tires, I will definitely have NTB take care of it ... read more
Though they were short staffed, I was pleased with my experience. Tim, the manager, made sure to let me know there would be a wait for the oil change and apologized for the inconvenience upfront. He was very professional and pleasant from beginning to end. I will return to this location for future upkeep and would like to publicly acknowledge Tim’s superb Customer Service. It is not easy working with the public and I appreciate your willingness to provide excellent service with a smile.
I went in for a patch because I'd picked up a nail somewhere, and was expecting the standard fee of $10-$15, but was pleasantly surprised to find that they patched my tire for free! I really appreciate that and will definitely go back to them for any tire issue I may have. Thanks NTB!
