My family and I have been customers of NTB specifically the Denton TX location for very long time. This location has done all the brake and tire work I've ever had on multiple cars throughout the years. What happened today will probably ensure I never go back. I had a tire blowout on the freeway yesterday and my wife called and scheduled an appointment for tires and brakes for the following day. Setup an appointment via phone this week with Corey for 11:00 am ( one of the two spots remaining) on 10/17/20 for an alignment and to have 4 new tires installed on my truck. When I checked in they pulled me up in the computer and verified everything. We Go out side they check the mileage and back to the counter we go. After a few minutes the tech assisting me says he’ll be right back. As you can see in previous reviews I typically do not give bad review, NTB definitely earned this one. On 11/1/19 I bought 4 new tires from NTB. During the initial service after all my tires were removed they informed me that I have TPMS sensors and all had to be replaced anytime tires are replaced. (This is not true, unless they break the sensor when removing the tire.) However, I ignored this and aloud them to replace them costing me an extra $60. Less then a week later, driving down Southbound I35 at approx 60mph I fe... read more

Great job! Jose and his team were very helpful and made sure to get me on the road quickly and safely.
I love these guys! They are always so helpful and I never feel like they try and sell me anything I don’t need. Cory and Dustin even stayed late to make sure I had my car back the same day. Believe me that meant a lot because my car had a laundry list of problems. Thank you guys for being you and keep it up!
