The Allison Park (Gibsonia) is the slowest NTB I’ve ever been at. Nearly 4 hours to get 4 tires mounted and aligned.

by fixing there mistake. Had taking my van for an oil change which my bf usually does but didn't have the time. he went to change it and turned the plug which stripped when he tried. now they are saying because it was not taking to a shop they will not cover the cost for a new oil pan. it is crossthreaded in I have to take it to be replaced with is not cheap. thanks ntb for the wonderful job you did. next time maybe you can ruin the pump!

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Four hours to get tires put on and couldn’t even do it right in that time frame.
