I’ve been twice and twice have had horrible experiences. The store manager is a great guy and good at compensating for his staffs incompetence. Having worked at an NTB for a year I will never go back to this location.
Worst NTB I have ever been to! 1 & 1/2 wait to get an oil change even though I had an appointment is UNACCEPTABLE! But clearly this location gives no cares because they did not even apologize for the long wait! I’m so disgusted with this level of service I’ll make sure everyone knows how big of a WASTE OF TIME this location is.
They take care of you very well and they take the time to explain why and where the true problem is , and they schedule an appointment to get the problem corrected From Annette
I just found out today that Mark is no longer with NTB. I hated to hear this because the service he provided went above and beyond all my expectations. I am assuming he's not there anymore due to his leg injury some months ago. Anyone know where he is or how he's doing?
I use to get great service here. However, the last 6 months has been awful. I have called and complained, and my issues still aren't solved. I've had to go to Bobby Jones NTB twice to have my problem fixed (AC & Brakes).
