Only go here for horrible service The only time I have ever visited Merchants, the customer service was awful! The repairs were only supposed to take an hour, so I waited for it to be finished. Five hours later, my car was finished. Not only did I have to wait forever, but the price was twice as much as I was originally quoted. I will never return to this business due to the poor business practices. PROS: None CONS: Horrible service and pricing
Very Dissapointed I used to be a loyal Merchant's customer. I went in for a $69 alignment and brought in my own oil, oil filter, spark plugs, and air filter to have changed. My bill was around $600. I complained and they dropped it to $465. Why could they not just give me a fair price in the beginning (not to say $465 was fair at all)? I have not been back since. This was about 2 years ago. Maybe things have changed but I would suggest getting something in writing before you leave your car with them.

Merchants Tire & Auto Center I would not go back to this business. When my husband and I went to get the car's old changed and got our car returned to us, we went on our way and realized something wasn't right. My husband checked it and noticed the car didn't have any oil, so we had to go back, and luckily there wasn't any damaged. Another reason we do not go back for service is also that the prices are a little high and customer service is not as up to speed as a customer would like.
